Body Back® Transformation is an eight-week program that will change how you feel about yourself, what you eat, and your personal goals!
It is a results-based workout program designed specifically for women. Whether you just had a baby, had a baby twenty years ago, or don't have kids at all, it will help any woman get her "Body Back". While Body Back is geared towards moms, these sessions are open to ladies with or without kids. Body Back clients experience targeted workouts, inspiration, and motivation in every class.
We use fitness equipment and your body weight to make sure you get an awesome workout every time!

Do I need to Pre-Register or can I just show up?
For Body Back Sessions, you must pre-register to ensure your spot in the class. Body Back sessions sell out quickly, so you want to hold your spot by registering early.
For a Body Back Boost class, you just show up and are welcome at all classes except assessments.
Can I bring kids to Body Back?
No. This class is for women 18 and up without children present.
